Processing Time As a small-batch studio, we prioritize quality over speed. Please allow 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to hand-pour, pack, and ship your order. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your package and your location.

Estimated Delivery Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times typically range from:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

• Please note these are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Lost or Stolen Packages Oil & Herb is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered by the carrier once they have left our studio.

• If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors and contact your local post office immediately.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Temperature Sensitivity Our products are all-natural and free from synthetic stabilizers. In extreme heat (summer months), oils may expand or leak slightly if left in a hot mailbox for extended periods. Please monitor your tracking number and try to retrieve your package as soon as possible after delivery.
